From a young age it was clear to Hells Bells that dance was in her soul – a violinist since age 5, music has always deeply affected her and her desire to transmute what music inspired in her has burned ever since.

Traversing the world of clubs for most of their twenties, Helen began to cultivate her unique, liquid style of movement, performing on stage both solo and as part of a team of showgirls, developing their ability to freestyle & perform choreography.

As she moved away from the club scene, she picked up both hoop flow (2017) & formal pole training (2019) as well as contortion in 2021.
