Learn one of Mia’s signature hoop flow routines. In this choreography based workshop you will learn how to slink under, through and around the hoop. Heels are optional!!! This class is really beginner friendly, and great for those who want to learn how to dance with the hoop and connect with a more sensual and yummy style of movement.

Signature Spin and Tricks $65pp (4 spots left)

Learn some of Mia’s signature spins, flares, tricks and combos. This class has a focus on learning how to dance your way through your transitions in a way that takes the dance, sensuality and fluidity up the hoop and into the combo. This class is suitable for intermediate hoop students. Message Mia directly on Instagram if you are unsure if you are at this level.

Even if you are a high intermediate to advanced hoop artist/student, you will gain incredible tips from one of Aotearoa’s top aerialists in this unique workshop with NZ’s OG “sexy hoop” artist.
